As long as I can remember, I've struggled with my body image. Even when I wasn't overweight I didn't like what stared back at me in the mirror. I was a healthy, happy teenager when my body started to change in a way that I had a problem accepting. Since those early days, my main focus was on how to get my weight down.
In my belief there is no such thing as failure. Where my clients see negative things, I see positive things, where they see limits, I see potential. I believe that wherever we look, lessons waiting to be learned. My view is that life is a continuous learning process whereby we achieve the finest things...
Although knowing a little about your past is important, we won't dwell on the past; instead we'll work in the present to create a positive and compelling future. In my mind, my clients aren't broken, so don't need to be fixed, they simply need a different approach to help them on their journey. My focus is on actions and positive outcomes.
